Sizing issue

these do not fit as advertised, they are supposed to be built for a more narrow fit but they actually fit wider than other models. i took them into the store to get a second opinion and the staff told me that it was fine. So i struck out online and in store as i have taken them for a run or two and they do not support my feet at all. way too much room.

The shoes arrived without the proper shoe box that normal store bought new shoes are packaged in. They were shipped in a plain regular brown cardboard shipping box. The shoes look previously worn. The souls of both shoes are dirty and the right shoe is dirty inside. Both are laced and tied up ready to wear. I am NOT pleased. My concern is if I send them back I will miss out on getting a new replacement pair at the same price.

Holes in cloth with in one year

I bought this on 23 July 2025 and by end of May 2026 I started observing some holes along the crease of cloth. By July 2026 those holes expanded. Total mileage is 700km right now. I contacted support, they rejected and said its not material or manufacturing defect.

The shoes came in used. First time ever buying shoes from Sport check and they came in used. Didn't even get a refund on them, and they weren't final sale!

I've been wearing Asics for 20 plus years and have never disappointed. I purchase 2 pairs every spring as i spend a lot of time running and thought i would try the Novablast 5 for a change and OMG I am ABSOLUTELY thrilled with these shoes that i ended up buying a second pair. I highly recommend these if you spend a lot of time on your feet.
