The ASICS Men's Fuji Lite 3 Trail Running Shoes are inspired by the Hinoki Cypress tree, native to Mount Fuji. These shoes are made with a sustainable design and a FLYTEFOAM™ midsole with recycled materials for cushioning to move your steps forward. The upper includes at least 50% recycled textiles. An engineered mesh upper enhances breathability, and the ASICSGRIP™ outsole in these running shoes provides traction on muddy or loamy trails.

ASICSGRIP™ outsole offers traction and durability on both wet and dry trails

An excellent trail or road trainer

Lightweight, comfortable, and have a nice spring to them; great for both short and longer runs. A similar fit to my Noosa Tri 14 and Evoride Speed, a mighty combination for all weather / surfaces / distances and speeds!
