Great shoes online - crappy service in store

My husband has wide feet and previously purchased the shoe for work. We ordered two pair online and he’s exceptionally happy. Unfortunately, we ordered online because your employees at Sport Chek, Damascus Rd., Bedford are unwilling to help. The tall, heavy set neanderthal with the shaggy brown hair in his eyes at this location on Saturday, March 21 around noon didn’t want to help. He made a sigh like we were ruining his day when he turned from his coworkers and said “is there anything I can help you with?“ he didn’t even step towards us. Instead he just moved his body to ask us while he stood speaking to 2 additional employees. We have always found this location to have the worst service. However, it is the closest to us
