Contained 2 different shoe models. Rude service

I purchased these shoes online on 12/26/25. It’s been raining a lot and do I had not worn them until this past weekend. I didn’t notice at first but the shoes I received contained two different models. I ordered the ASICS Excite 11 in blue. What I received was left pair of the Excite 11 in blue and the right pair of the ASICS Cumulus 26 in blue. Went back to the Metrotown store to correct the problem. Waited at the customer support kiosk while 3 staff 10 feet in front of me were organizing stock. Waited for another minute or so, one staff looks my way but doesn’t say anything and goes back to what he was doing. A few minutes later I finally received some assistance li was directed to the cashier, but that staff person needs to be retrained and taught to be aware of customer body language and to address a customer politely. I would greatly appreciate a reply so I can explain my experience in detail.
