I've been running in kayanos since version 24 and love them. The 31 series are perfect for my feet. Very comfortable and well cushioned. They give me the right level of support.

Extra support!

Having lymphedema means one foot is normal sized and the other is almost 2xs the size. As such, I need size 4E shoes and many of them are too big on my normal foot. These fit both feet and the extra support and cushion on my bad leg makes walking so much easier. They are definitely worth the extra cost and I think I've tried them all.
