Love the new Nimbus 27. I've been wearing nothing but Asics Kayano's for over 10 years but after seeing the new Nimbus I tried them on and they are even more comfortable and cushion then the Kayano. Would highly recommend them for anyone with ankle, knee and back pain. Excellent shoe.

This is a good supportive shoe, the only style I order to fit my foot and provide good cushioning that doesn't go flat right away. I wish I had ordered the extra wide though because the toe is still a little narrow for my wide toe span.

Gel-nimbus, the very best sneaker, ever!!!! Designed for runners, but extraordinary for people who are on their feet for 8/10/12+ hours daily; people living with chronic back pain; people who've had foot and heel injuries. Gel-nimbus provide superior support!!!!! Because they're marketed for runners, I steered clear, but after searching high and low for a shoe to provide support and alleviate daily back, leg, foot pain that inhibited living life to the fullest i gave Asics gel-nimbus a try. Never going back!!!!!! Variety of colors allows me to wear them for every occasion: work, weddings, parties, parades, vacations, theme parks etc. Where cushioning meets confidence! Comfort that carries you! Finally, a shoe that forgives your life choices!!!!!!

I have been an exclusive Asics shoe customer for 30 years, having run in the generations of GT's, Kayano, Cumulus and Nimbus over the years. By far, these are my favorites. I particularly like the flexibility of the uppers, as well as the heel and tongue material and construction of the shoe.
