The shoes I bought were not brand new out of the box . The bottoms were worn out and they were scuffed up a bit. A little more than they would be being the pair you showcase on the rack. But I have already said I’m not going thru the hassle of returning them and is figuring out what to do next . That’s just more of my time wasted preparing the package and goin to post office and waitin in line and paying the shipping and handling to send to you. Regardless of reimbursement for money spent . It’s a giant waste of my time n energy. I’m wasting time writing this lol. I don’t care . I’ve worn them once since I bought them. They are just another pair of shoes . What I won’t do moving forward is go to sportchek first when I’m looking for a pair of runners or hoodie or gift for my wife or any of my kids. Sending me used shoes when I’ve paid for new ones is something I’d expect from one of your bottom feeding competitors . Now this is a dead issue . Goodbye
