Get a size bigger. Still normal if tight at first.

Read the reviews and learned it's not true to size. So I bought one larger. I'm a US7.5 but took US8.5. Finally received it and tried on, still felt tight at the front part, it runs narrow. Was quite upset but wore it for my boxing class nevertheless. Apparently it needs breaking in, and after just one session I realized it's a perfect fit! It expanded now great hug around the feet, with room around the ankle for movement. Love it. And for the price you pay, couldn't ask for more from Asics. Thanks!

Good Shoe, exactly what I needed but it INDEED RUNS SMALL. Even if the chart said it should be 1 inch and a half bigger than my foot, it's only like 3 centimeters bigger which is too small, but returning it would be a two part process so i'm just dealing with it.

The shoes are well made and they look like they will wear very well. The biggest issue I had was the size. I wear a men’s 10 (Canadian) and these shoes were very tight when I first put them on…really tight.
As I continue to wear them they have relaxed a bit and formed to my feet quite nicely but I still feel that ASICS need to revise their sizing.
The shoes were exactly what I wanted but I wish they were just a bit bigger. Order at least a half size bigger than you think you need. Just my opinion.
