A tongue wing construction in the upper helps improve the fit while reducing tongue movement. It’s complemented with an engineered jacquard upper that offers more stretch, ventilation, and durability. Lastly, FF BLAST™ MAX cushioning helps create softer landings and a more energized toe-off during your training.

Comfort and light shoes, good for 5 k up to 10 k race, if your pace is minimum 5 minutes per km, then the Novablast is for you, more than that there is another shoes designed for that type of pace.

This is my second Novablasts. Just love the cushioning and this Novablasts 5 even got better as it’s even lighter. It’s great for my long runs for my marathon training. It doesn’t give me any foot problems. Highly recommend.

Awesome shoe

Great shoe for just regular runs. I'm hardly a fast runner, but these are great for just regular runs. They seem a big soft for walking, but great for medium speed runs and you can pick up the pace and they'll go along with you. Not a full speed shoe, but much better than a lot of the ultra cushioned options.
