I bought these for a true friend who suffered a stroke 6 years ago. She has a brace on her right foot and needs a men's shoe size, Asics seems to fit her best. My Jamaican friend loves the fit and look of these runners. Seeing her walk in them and her smile of joy, made my heart grow three sizes. I've purchased many items at the SportChek store in Brockville, ON while I'm visiting my mom. The staff there is extremely helpful and polite and a huge reason I keep going back.

These are my second pair of ASICS gel-Alto running shoes. After running on ASICS Kayano for 20 years I needed something different but wanted a good quality shoe. The gel-Altos are thicker material with a broader toe; something that is more comfortable for me. They accommodate the weight transference from heel to toe smoothly.
