The GEL-CONTEND™ 8 running shoe provides good cushioning, support, and durability. A jacquard mesh upper stretches with the foot's natural motion and creates a comfortable fit. Meanwhile, the synthetic stitching on the overlays helps create a more supportive foothold. The midsole features GEL® technology and AMPLIFOAM™ cushioning. These technologies help increase durability while creating a softer feel underfoot.

Uncomfortable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these, as my previous shoes were asics and they were so comfortable. My previous shoes are gel excite 7. Perfect fit and comfortable. These new ones are the same size but they feel uncomfortable, they are hard under foot, the others were softer and more cushioned. These are tighter, my toes touch the end. The upper part of the back of the shoe has given me blisters on both feet, even with thick socks.

No, I do not recommend this product.
