It is good for wider feet. Supportive for long walks and bike rides. I just recommend it for a friend with planter fasciitis.

Great comfort and support

I have run in the Gel-Cumulus line for quite a few years now. I am an underpronator and have found these shoes really help give my ankles more stability (less painful ankle rolling - yay!). Recently bought this pair to replace a pair I had worn out and they are so comfy while providing the support I need. I buy a half size bigger for extra toe room on my longer-run days, but they do seem to run true to size. For reference, I average 5-7 miles a day M-F with a longer run (8-12 miles) on Sundays.

These shoes are the perfect fit for my feet. Form-fitting without being tight, cushioned without being too soft. I've taken them on a couple of short runs, have yet to try them on longer runs, but thus far they've been perfect.

I have high arches and lately plantar fasciitis due to wearing shoes with little or. I support or bear feet. I needed a good shoe with support so now I have two pairs of ASICS. One for outside and one for inside and immediately felt a difference and improvement with the pain in my heel.
