These Asics are the first pair I bought from this brand. I will say they are the most comfortable supportive shoe I've worn. After 12 hour shifts my feet are not sore or tired. Fantastic shoe.

I LOVE Asics! I have worn them for a number of years and find that most other runners do not compare, in terms of comfort. These Gel-Excite runners are another great purchase. My feet and joints are happy. :)

Very Comfortable! Excellent for everyday wear

I have been an avid asics supporter for the last 12-14 years. I typically wear the Kayanos or the Cumulus for running. Due to an previous accident/fracture, I have developed pain and gait discrepancies with my left foot. I have been challenged to find shoes that are comfortable for me for the entire day. These meet my needs, and then exceeded them! They are narrow (I have narrow feet/high arches), very comfortable in the heel and foot bed, and have enough cushioning that I didn't need to include my Superfeet insoles. I read other reviews about the laces being too short. I personally don't find them too short. I will be wearing these to run errands, around the house/work and could use them for a short run if I desired. I'm very pleased.

Out of the box just like my old pair. Very light and comfortable. I have a skinny long foot and these feel supportive around the ankle. Tend to probate, these take care of that.
