Sport Chek delivered USED shoes TWICE

I ordered these shoes twice and both times used shoes with dirty bottoms were delivered to my house. I brought the first pair to the store to do an exchange but they sent me another pair with dirty bottoms. If I'm paying over $182, I expect a BRAND NEW pair of shoes. Not too impressed with Sport Chek right now and I've been a loyal customer for decades.

Comfort yes but the squeaky shoes are annoying

The comfort and cushion is top of the line but this is my 3 pair I’ve purchased in a yr and they all squeak when walking on cement floors. I’ve been an ASIC kayano fan for over 15yrs and not sure what has changed in the last couple yrs but they aren’t what the use to be. Very annoying to walk around in a hospital setting with squeaking shoes.
