Pretty but lacked arch support

I bought these shoes to replace a well-worn Brooks walking/ hiking shoe. They’re well made and look great although I wondered if the loops you lace through would stand up as well as an eyelet does. They fit true to size for this type of shoe but they lacked the arch support that I need for comfort. I returned them.
No, I do not recommend this product.
