ASICS quality sucks

This is my second pair of asics that haven’t held up. The quality has been brutal lately. They don’t hold up like they should. There are wear marks on the top of the shoe that shouldn’t be there already. I used to only wear asics and have switched to new balance

Fantastic shoe

Excellent shoe overall. I am a repeat customer. This shoe is made well. Breathable, sturdy. Some do not like that the mesh in the front wears out, but people need to cut their toe nails and remember that shoes don’t last forever.

I find the Ziruss very similar to the "old style" Gel Nimbus! I need a neutral shoe so I'm really happy with this purchase!!

Poor Quality

Not a good quality shoe. Mine started showing wear and tear at the mesh along the side of the toes after 3-4 months. I purchased these as a walking shoe for my work commute ~5km. I'm not sure how this shoe can be marketed for runners. They wouldn't last 5 months! Asics won't cover this under warranty as they believe it is 'normal wear and tear'. Buy another shoe; plenty of brands out there with better quality.

I have worn Aasics for over 25 yrs. I bought this model for the first time as it was on sale. I found the toe area is not as wide as other models. Also, the cushioning is much less than say the cumulous 7 (my preferred model). The laces stay tied, the tongue is comfortable and they may be the perfect shoe for you.

Poorly made shoe

I wore these shoes for 1 1/2 months inside at work and they started to split on the side! Very poorly made! Definitely would not recommend this shoe.
