Why the big change?

I’ve been a faithful purchaser of ASICS gt 2000 for the last 12 years. I have flat feet and these were the perfect shoe for me- until this last pair which was the new 13 model. I’m so disappointed. They don’t fit like the previous models, and are not as comfortable, and I feel less stability. Please go back to your previous model.

these ones with Gore Tex were just too tight and very uncomfortable. There was no give and felt like my foot was in a straight jacket. I returned them, and bought another pair of gel- excite shoes instead

Early failure is unacceptable

The stitching on the pull tab broke after only a couple of weeks of wearing. Maybe it's just a defective unit, but it's still unacceptable. Too bad.
