The ASICS Women's Novablast 3 Lightweight Mesh Running Shoes draws inspiration from a geometric origami feature for the upper and midsole. After making the shoe lighter than the previous version, ASICS also equipped this style with improved comfort. A tongue wing construction in the upper improves the fit while reducing tongue movement for a more supportive heel design to guide the foot with more control through your gait cycle. With the midsole's FF BLAST™ Plus cushioning, these running shoes help create a lighter, more responsive feel underfoot.

Had to buy this as a second pair. Great cushioning and support. Did not have to use my insoles for plantar fasciitis. Used it on my vacation walking 10-12 km a day. Feet and legs felt great

Love these so much, just get them! I use them for running and feel them bounce back which is very nice, gives you that extra boost. In the picture I wasn’t expecting as high of a heel but it’s the perfect size. I recommend this product for long runs. I have wide feet and ordered true to size and have no issue with them squeezing my toes in or anything like that. I’ll be buying again once this pair goes through it, but that won’t be for a long time. So far they’re holding up really well! No issues with the insoles, I know sometimes that’s an issue but please get these if you do long distance :)

Marked wrong size

These shoes are great. Nice and bouncy as expected. Taking away two stars for wrong sizing. Shoes arrived marked the size I ordered, but in fact, they were one size exactly larger. I had to take them to the store for exchange.
