The shoe is fine

The shoes are great. The service in the Stouffville store left a lot to be desired. There were 3-4 staff behind the counter talking. No one looked up and greeted me when I walked in to pick them up. I had to interrupt them to get someone to go get the shoes for me. While I was trying them ont here was a staff member at the mirror in the change room area fixing her hair and makeup. Not even a glance or a hello. Completely ignored me. When I was leaving, again no one looked up, the person who went and got the shoes for me didn’t even bother to look up, say good bye or even ask how the shoes fit. And I believe that person was a manager because they had on a different shirt (black rather than red). Customer service at that store is a Zero.

Not comfortable and the quality is bad
I understand why these shoes are at a lower price point, feet ached after a few hours of playing pickleball. Not a lot of cushion or support but I will say the stability is good for lateral movements. Also, I question the durability, both left and right shoe have a tear to the outer fabric on the toe box.
No, I do not recommend this product.
