Not a good buy

Bought these 2 weeks ago with the upsell from the employee for a waterproof spray, which is have applied. I have used them on plowed streets and sidewalks over Christmas. Everytime I go out my feet are wet and cold within 5 minutes. I don't know if it is due to a defect in my boots or a design flaw in the line of boots. Not happy with my purchase and the local store will not refund or swap for a new pair. Boots are comfortable amd easy to put on.
No, I do not recommend this product.
