    Works but

    While I enjoy these earbuds they often don’t charge If they are not in the case just exactly right. Often if they case is in you pocket the buds will move and stop charging. I have also had issues where they suddenly decided to turn on while sitting on a table. Minus the charging frustration that happen offen enough to be annoying but infrequently enough to not make me replace the ear buds the work great.

This can include sweat, grease, ear wax, etc. These issues can be resolved by cleaning the contact points on the earbuds and charging case.     These are great headphones for the price; I’ve been using them for three years without any issues—the only thing that’s gone wrong is that the earbuds have worn out over time.

    I had a set of these in black for a couple of years and one went missing, so I bought a new set in white. Something might have changed between the years I had them, because this pair worked for about a month and now wont function at all. They charge, my phone tries to connect, but no sound comes out. Its unfortunate because I am a die hard JBL fan.

    Thank you for reaching out about your JBL Tune 130NC earbuds. If you're having trouble connecting them to your device, you can try resetting them. To do this, make sure both earbuds are on and not charging. Then, tap the button on each earbud twice, and on the third tap, hold the button for more than 5 seconds. You may also need to 'forget' the earbuds in your device's bluetooth settings before attempting to pair them again. Once reset, you should see a solid light on the top of the earbuds. If they connect successfully but you're still not getting any sound, please contact your local support team for further assistance.

    Greatoise cancelling earbuds! Sound quality is excellent and the ambient noise is noticeably reduced. I wear them for everything from working out to commuting on the metro. Sale price was hard to beat as well.

    I got this product several years ago as a gift and I am completely satisfied with the quality. Excellent battery life, and clear, perfect sound. It's also comfortable and has easy to use controls.

    Got it from my friend who had trouble keeping them in. Since she is super tall she though that was the problem. So she gave them to me brand new. They keep falling out no matter the tips put on it just has a bad design. It is too heave on the outside and won't keep in. Worst of all there is no earhooks for this model avaible anywhere. I can only wear them in winter when I wear a tight hat over them. Other than that they are usless. I can't even use them at the office, since they fall out even when sitting still. I would give this 0 stars if I could

To achieve the best seal and secure fit of our JBL Tune 130NC, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear, then gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear. Alternatively, you can try other ear tips from third-party retailers that will fit your ear. If you need more help, please contact us.
