I’d leave 0 stars if I could. These headphones dont even connect to THEIR OWN CASE. The right one is constantly at 10% and the left one is fine it is such a pain. Dont buy.

Recently bought these and so glad I did.... I chose them specifically due to other people commenting on the noise cancelling. I've just used them on a plane journey and they were awesome, I could hardly hear the engine noise. Plenty of options on the app for changing audio settings as well required. Would recommend 👍🏼

Very Disappointing Headphones

I recently bought these, and found that the noise cancelling is non existent. The sound quality is incredibly poor, there is no bass what so ever, even after playing around with the EQ in the app. They take ages to connect and the touch buttons on the earbuds themselves are laggy and unresponsive. I understand that these are far from top of the range, but I have had other earbuds of a similar price range with far greater performance. It genuinely made me feel a huge sense of regret buying them.
I have numerous other JBL products and absolutely love them but these are a real let down and would put me off being any other headphone from JBL in the future.
The only Pros I have found, are the battery life is good and the case design is nice.
If I could return these I would!

Very disappointing. The noise cancellation is poor, the earbuds don’t fit securely and keep falling out, and they feel heavy and uncomfortable. Definitely not worth the money.

To get the best fit, gently twist the earbud into your ear while angling it slightly downward until it seals tightly in your ear canal. Trying different sizes of ear tips allows the body of the earbud to sit slightly further out, relieving pressure on your outer ear. Very disappointing experience with these
JBL TUNE BEAM 2 Earbuds. The Noise cancellation doesnot work properly, especially in outdoor environment. The micro phone/voice quality is also very poor - my voice sound's like it's coming from far away during calls. They are not at all suitable for outdoor usage or calls in noisy palaces. TOTALLY NOT WORTH THE MONEY. WASTE OF MONEY AND DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED

Recently bought these. They fit well and so far they work well. I tested out the noise cancellation and it worked well, I just couldn't figure out how to be able to tune them to be able to hear people and music at the same time. Other than having to use them for what I bought them for, I believe they'll be a good fit for listening to music while I work and still be able to hear customers in case they need help.
