New Balance Men's RC Seamless 5" Shorts

I have a pair of these shorts in blue. I love everything about them but (and this is a big but), there are no pockets outside of the one on the back

These are great everyday running shorts that deserve a five star rating but I had to cut a star. The quality and attention to detail is very impressive for a shoe company making shorts. The material of the exterior and liner is a bit heavy for summer but it's perfect for the rest of the year. I'm 5' 8" 140 pounds and wear small in nearly every brand, I'd say the fit is a hair small compared to most shorts and the liner goes down further on the sides than anything I've worn before which may make it feel a hair smaller. The liner feels odd briefly then I don't notice. If you put gels in the liner pockets for quick access the tops would rub on your skin, so these are not for race day. Despite my gripes I bought a second pair.

Great feeling shorts, light and breathable with good durable feeling materials. The brief liner feels much nicer and higher quality than typical liners. Fits on the slimmer side so if you’re on the fence would recommend the larger size. Great for everyday runs.

More baggy that short, like the zeps, swimmers not runners.

Had to return due to liner being too tight. Couldn’t keep them on for more than 10min! And I’m 6ft 145lb for reference.
