    PERFECT FIRST MARATHON SHOE!!!

I’m using this shoe for my first Marathon and this shoe is perfect! I bought the Alphafly 3 but realized it wasn’t easy for me to run slower in. I am a slow marathoner. So I bought the vaporfly 3 and I made the right choice. Very easy to go fast and easy to run slower in. Also it’s easier to heel strike if your form breaks down in these compared to the alphafly 3. I like how the flyplate keeps you rolling forward smoothly no matter what pace you are running in. The best part about this shoe is the stability and the flyknit upper. I love the wider toe box area more compared to the alphafly. This shoe is way more comfortable than any super shoe I’ve tried. The zoomx is perfect for my running mechanics too, endless cushioning! Please Nike don’t change this design when it comes to a newer vaporfly. Nike is right in the description. If you’re new to racing get the vaporfly 3!!!

I don't need to tell you how awesome this shoe is. It's near flawless. My only knock is the color on the Sail/Volt/Pacific Moss/Glacier Blue is more yellow than green. I should have expected that from the "volt" but it definitely looks more neon lime in the pictures. Still a fantastic colorway.

Pros: Awesome shoe for short, fast runs. The strides feel more fluid. Cons: Gives me blisters on my arch after 3 miles. I even wear blister tape and blister-friendly socks. Can’t use these for long runs compared to heavier, max cushion running shoes that don’t give me blisters.

These shoes were amazing at first. They are extremely comfortable and very light on your feet. I run 2 miles a day/ 7 days a week on a clean flat ground surface. After a few months, the bottom of the shoes started to delaminate from the sole. Disappointing but I could live with it as it didn’t seam to affect the integrity. The very next day when I was taking my shoe off, the back heel foam completed sheared off. This damage affects my stride and the shoes are no longer usable. In short, after only 3 months, they fell apart. I had higher expectations and thought I would warn anyone else considering these.

I like the look, the cushion is also nice. Feels like you’re running on air. Unfortunately, I only purchased the shoes to go running with my dog on Sunday mornings for 1 mile. I have used them three times now and I noticed the second time I used them, the bottom of the soul fray and rip off. Not a big deal to me because I only use them to go for a quick jog with my dog, but for the price of the shoe I would expect it to be a little bit more Hardy, especially since most of the people that run in these I would assume are running outdoors .

The worst pair of running shoes I’ve owned. I actually developed a stress fracture In the ball of my foot. The toebox is HUGE (and I have wide feet). I average a ~7:00 mi pace and am not feeling any energy return. Better options at lower price points.
