The ultralight design of the Nike Zoomx Vaporfly Next 3 running shoes delivers a propulsive feel, making them ideal for distances from a 10k to a marathon. The engineered mesh upper reduces the shoe's weight while providing a consistent fit. The Nike ZoomX foam, Nike's most responsive foam, is now lighter and runs from heel to toe, offering enhanced energy return with a slight midsole reduction for a bouncy feel. A thinner rubber outsole and a full-length carbon fibre Flyplate with a higher angle combine with a lower heel-to-toe drop to provide a propulsive feel on race day.
Weight trimmed in the midsole, outsole, and upper from the Vaporfly 3 without sacrificing performance, resulting in a lighter, more propulsive all-around racing shoe trusted from the mile to the marathon
