Hello, I am very disappointed about my shoes. The customer service at the Fairview mall did not measure my foot properly and my shoes are big for me! That is why it makes them very uncomfortable! I spent so much money on them and I am going on a trip next week and I really was looking forward to have a very comfortable per of walking shoe! Unfortunately, They are very uncomfortable for the reason above, I told him at the store that I am Size 7 not 7 and half, but he said no! I really am now stock with a very expensive, very uncomfortable walking shoes, that are suppose to be the best! I have warned them couple of times, because I trusted his opinion on the size! Very very upset and disappointed. Please take care of this huge problem. Thanks
