I bought size L/XL for a growing retriever. He is 5 months old and 45lbs. I put it on the smallest setting and it works great. He could have used a medium but would outgrow it in a month or two. He hates the step in harnesses and I was unsure how he would do with this, but he loves it. Great harness.

Sturdy dog, sturdy harness

These harnesses are the best. My dog has been using his old front range harness for over 4 years and has never got out of it...it is still good, but a little colour worn so we treated him to a new one. Will last forever even with my big chested, rabbit reactive dog!

Awesome! Skinny tall dogs may need to size up

Great quality harness! I have a 50pd husky/shepherd, more of a husky body though as he is quite skinny. His measurements fit the medium, but it was too short for him and rubbed his armpits. Sized up to a large for a better fit.

I did a ton of research on different harnesses and everything led me to the Ruffwear Front Range Harness. The front leash attachment is a game changer for pullers. I love that it has the 2 leash attachments. It's incredibly durable, easy to wash/clean and even easier to put on. Don't waste your money elsewhere, this harness will not disappoint.
