Fits wide so ideally size down if you're used to a size larger with other more medium width brands. We decided to keep it as its for my son and he's still growing. They're very lightweight and very easy to wear.

I have tried several brands of running shoes. For some reason, probably due to the width of my feet, I always had pain on the outside of my right foot. I decided to try the 4E's and almost instantly the pain was gone. Very comfortable pair of shoes.
