Poor Customer Service, rude agents

Extremely poor customer service. Delayed order. Very unhelpful agent and shift supervisor. Needed soccer shoes for an event for my daughter and with all the delays, I won't even get it on time. What really surprised me was the nonchalant, rude, almost American attitude from the customer service folks. The only person that was helpful was Cameron in customer support, thank you Cameron, you were the only good thing about this whole experience.

Very poor fit

I bought these cleats less than two weeks ago and they are much more narrow than they should be. My daughter has size 10.5 cleats that just barely fit so we thought we would go up to a size 11. They are online only and, unfortunately, they're listed as final sale. But since we were going from a regular size 10.5 ultra match Puma to a regular ultra match size 11 there was every reason to believe they wouldn't be too tight. However, my daughter couldn't even get her foot into the cleat. The cleat is way too narrow and the opening for the foot is way too small. Her current size 10.5 cleats fit better. It seems that Puma has made a huge mistake with the design of this cleat and they're trying to blow them out and, I suspect, they will be discontinued. After I paid the sale price of about $31 I saw them more recently for $15.88 final sale. After some discussion with the store manager at Sport Chek he reluctantly offered them as part of an exchange. I think both Puma and Sport Chek should be more transparent about the problem with this cleat and not just try to pawn them off to unsuspecting customers as a final sale.
