Lightweight and sturdy

I have owned these shoes for a month and appreciate their lightweight, yet sturdy design. I used them for a 70-mile backcountry trip through the Albanian Alps and plan to use them for a 100-mile trip upcoming into the Bob Marshall Wilderness. They will be critical to long miles and tough terrain.

Great Hiking Boots!

I’ve only used them on two hikes so far, as I’m still in the process of breaking them in. They’re causing a bit of discomfort around my toes at the moment, but other than that, they’ve been fantastic. They’re super grippy, waterproof, and look great too. Overall, I’m really happy with them and can’t wait until they’re fully broken in. I’ll definitely be using them on all my future hikes!

I bought the X Ultra 5 Mid GTX new for hiking in the Smokies, and they performed very well. They are extremely light, comfortable right out of the box, and required no break-in period. I had no foot pain during my hikes. I switched from the Quest 5, and I’m very happy with the change. I would definitely recommend them.

Already had the Xt5 low top that I love, got these for ankle support on a pretty extreme 50 mile backpacking trip and experienced no foot pain and no blisters. Grip was great through snow and rain. Highly recommend.

Great Hiking Boots

Boots have been true to size for me...fit perfectly, and have been very comfortable out of the box. I am also extremely happy with their lightweight, traction and ankle support. Lastly, the boots look good and therefore I feel good wearing them. Nothing negative to say about my experience with these boots thus far. Excited to be wearing them on a forthcoming backcountry hike at the end of the month.
