I love them

I love these shoes! Wear them at work where I get 20k steps a day without no complains. Eventually upgraded to the xt4-og but honestly prefer these because they’re more breathable. This is my 4th pair of Salomon’s in 4 years! Great durable brand of shoes!

Still the GOAT

This is my 7th pair. I have 5 different types of hiking/running shoes from Saloman but always come back to the Pioneer as my go to for long hikes. They are light, comfortable and offer great support and cushioning. Great for flat trails to steep rocky terrain and everything in between.

Great hiker

I got the brown color- great hiker, around town, occasional trail runner, or even wear with khakis in a pinch! Very similar to ultra 3d in the mid porch, toe is slightly narrower. I always do 1/2 size larger in Solomons.
